Personal Assistant to CEO

Role OverviewWe are seeking an exceptional execute assistant to streamline operations, enhance client satisfaction and drive seamless project delivery in our fast-paced media environment. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will bridge client needs with creative execution, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability across all projects.ResponsibilitiesClient Management* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, fostering relationships, and closing high-value deals.* Ensure all deliverables align with client briefs, brand guidelines, and strategic objectives.* Proactively address client needs to achieve exceptional satisfaction and on-time content delivery.* Identify opportunities for account growth and repeat business.Team Coordination* Collaborate with creative teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects with precision and creativity.* Facilitate clear communication between clients, creatives, and management to ensure alignment.* Provide on-set support during shoots and represent JK7 Media at events as needed.Financial Oversight* Oversee invoicing processes, track payments, and follow up on outstanding collections.* Maintain meticulous records of invoices, contracts, and project documentation.* Review contracts to identify key terms, risks, and opportunities for management review.Operational Excellence* Develop and implement streamlined processes to enhance operational efficiency and project delivery.* Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure flawless execution.* Provide regular updates to the CEO on client progress, financial performance, and operational metrics.* Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and implementing innovative solutions.QualificationsExperience: 2+ years in an operations or project management role, ideally within the media, advertising, or creative industries.Skills:* Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.* Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to build strong client and team relationships.* Proven ability to implement efficient processes and drive operational excellence.* Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.Technical Proficiencies: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and financial tracking systems.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Media, Communications, or a related field preferred.Attributes: Adaptable, creative, and passionate about delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.Why Join JK7 Media?* Be part of a creative, collaborative team shaping the future of digital media.* Work with top-tier brands on impactful, innovative campaigns.* Opportunity to grow and make a tangible impact in a dynamic, fast-growing company.* Competitive salary, benefits, and a vibrant, inclusive work culture.
