Personal Assistant to Managing Director

This role if for a gradute who will do -

New Businesses Development ( Product Marketing )

1) Market research through online / in person for launch of new foods business in the UAE . Making contact & finding new suppliers & buyers in the commodities being dealt by the company.

2) working with other agencies to coordinate the requirements of the government procedures & registrations for new products being launched .

3) Work on developing new products under the guidance of the management

Existing Kids education business work - all aspects of management of courses & teachers as required by the business . Work on presentations & making of documents for the course design .

Financial Training Business - Establishment of course materials & presentations for financial training courses as guided.

Personal appointments of the Managing Director- calling people & fixing appointments & meetings . Making all tasks as required by the director on a daily basis .

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
