Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Core Responsibilities

  • Communications: Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the employer.
  • Admin & Reporting: Compile expense reports, prepare documents, and maintain filing systems and databases.
  • Personal Support: Run personal errands, manage household coordination, and assist with special event planning
  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and daily itineraries, acting as the gatekeeper to the employer's time

  • Absolute Discretion: Proven ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential information.
  • Organizational Prowess: Superior time management and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients, staff, and vendors.
  • Proactivity: A forward-thinking mindset to anticipate needs and resolve issues before they arise.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of office software and digital tools

Education & Experience

Education: an Associate's or Bachelor's degree with some accounting background preferred

Experience: Typically 1-3 years of previous experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
