Personal Assistant to Owner, Holiday Homes (Dubai based)

About the role

Julius Homes manages luxury holiday homes across Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, Downtown, and Business Bay. We need a trusted Personal Assistant to the owner. You will be the right hand to the founder. You will manage his time, handle company admin, and represent Julius Homes in person when needed. This role suits someone discreet, organised, proactive, and confident dealing with owners and suppliers. Flexibility with your schedule is essential.

Owner support

• Act as the main point of contact for the owner
• Manage his daily schedule and set priorities
• Own his calendar, book meetings, and avoid clashes
• Arrange travel, flights, hotels, and visas
• Prepare him for meetings with agendas and briefing notes
• Take notes in meetings and track follow up actions
• Handle confidential personal and business admin
• Screen calls, messages, and emails on his behalf

Meetings and representation

• Represent Julius Homes at meetings with owners, suppliers, and authorities
• Liaise with third parties, real estate agents, furnishing, design, and maintenance companies
• Organise property photoshoots end to end
• Coordinate furnishing, styling, and design projects
• Book and follow up on maintenance work
• Attend viewings and site visits when the owner cannot
• Prepare and submit company documents
• Follow up with third parties until tasks close

Operations support

• Manage guest communication across Airbnb, Booking.com, and WhatsApp
• Coordinate check ins, check outs, and cleaning teams
• Handle property owner reporting and monthly statements
• Manage invoices and expense tracking
• Run local errands and property visits across Dubai

Required skills

• Two years experience as a PA or in holiday home operations
• Holiday home or Airbnb knowledge
• Valid UAE residence visa, spouse or dependent visa welcome
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Ability to travel across Dubai
• Proactive with strong attention to detail
• Flexible with working hours
• Discretion at all times
• Confident with Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and property tools (PMS systems), CRM and Project Management tools

Nice to have

• UAE driving licence preferred
• Knowledge of Dubai holiday home rules
• Experience with Project Management tools
