Job Title: Personal Assistant to Pharmacist

Location: DHA Phase 1, IMC Hospital, Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:

IMC Hospital is looking for a dedicated and organized Personal Assistant to support the Pharmacist in daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Pharmacist in managing daily tasks and schedules
  • Maintain records, reports, and pharmacy-related documentation
  • Coordinate with medical staff, vendors, and patients when required
  • Handle calls, emails, and internal correspondence professionally
  • Monitor inventory records and assist in stock management
  • Organize files, prescriptions, and confidential documents
  • Support in preparing reports and administrative paperwork
  • Ensure smooth coordination within the pharmacy department

Requirements:

  • Intermediate, Bachelor’s degree, or relevant qualification preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role (healthcare experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Good multitasking and coordination abilities

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
