Role Overview

The Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO will provide high-level administrative, operational, and coordination support. The role requires exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The PA will act as a bridge between the CEO, internal teams, external partners, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative & Executive Support

  • Manage CEO’s daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive corporate and personal information.

2. Travel & Visa Management

  • Complete application forms for local and international travel.
  • Manage ticket bookings (airline, hotel reservations, transport).
  • Fill visa application forms and guide on the visa process (how to apply, required documents, submission steps).
  • Track visa timelines and follow-ups.

3. Meeting & Coordination Tasks

  • Schedule internal and external meetings with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Arrange meeting venues, documentation, and minutes of meetings.
  • Coordinate with departments for timely execution of CEO’s instructions.

4. Operations & Support

  • Handle indoor and outdoor tasks including banking, paperwork submission, courier, and official errands.
  • Assist in completing forms, applications, official letters, and documentation.
  • Support HR and administrative tasks when required.
  • Manage CEO’s task list and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong command of computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace, online forms).
  • Ability to fill application forms accurately and professionally.
  • Knowledge of ticket booking platforms and basic travel coordination.
  • Understanding of visa application processes and documentation requirements.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle both indoor and outdoor work tasks efficiently.
  • Confidential, responsible, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
