Personal Assistant/Nanny to start in July

A European family based in Los Angeles is seeking a dedicated, reliable, and proactive Personal Assistant/Nanny to join their household starting mid-July.

We are looking for a hybrid candidate who is equally comfortable assisting with childcare and managing day-to-day household responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, warm, flexible, and enjoys working in a dynamic family environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing attentive and responsible care for two children (ages 1.5 and 5.5 years old)
• Engaging the children in educational and recreational activities including arts & crafts, music, reading, sports, and outdoor activities
• Driving the children to and from school, appointments, and extracurricular activities
• Assisting with children’s meal prep and organization
• Helping manage household tasks including grocery shopping, errands, light tidying, laundry, and overall household organization
• Coordinating appointments, activities, and schedules to help ensure the household runs smoothly
• Running errands including grocery shopping, dry cleaning pick-up, and other household-related tasks
• Occasionally traveling with the family, as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in childcare required
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Caring, patient, attentive, and energetic personality
• Flexible and adaptable with schedules and responsibilities
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• CPR certified
• Comfortable swimming and supervising children around water
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be fluent in Italian
