The Personal Banking Officer is responsible for providing high-quality customer service and tailored financial solutions to individual clients. This role focuses on managing customer relationships, identifying their financial needs, and offering appropriate banking products such as savings, loans, credit cards, and investment services. The officer ensures compliance with regulatory standards, achieves business growth targets, and enhances customer satisfaction by delivering professional and personalized banking experiences.

Job Description

• Serve as the primary contact for individual clients, addressing their banking needs and providing end-to-end service.
• Promote and cross-sell personal banking products such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, credit cards, personal loans, mortgages, and investment products.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to increase customer loyalty and portfolio growth.
• Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend appropriate solutions aligned with customer goals.
• Assist clients in account opening, transaction processing, and digital banking services.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
• Ensure all transactions and processes comply with bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and anti-money laundering requirements.
• Achieve individual and branch sales targets through proactive business development and client acquisition.
• Collaborate with branch staff and product teams to deliver integrated financial solutions.
• Stay updated on market trends, new products, and competitor offerings to provide competitive insights.
• Support promotional campaigns and community initiatives to enhance the bank’s visibility.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or sales (banking experience preferred).
• Personal Banking Officer must speak Arabic & English
• Knowledge of personal banking products, services, and regulatory compliance.
• Arab Nationality Preferred

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month
