Personal Brand Content Creator – Commission Based

We’re looking for a confident, camera-friendly Social Media Brand Creator who is serious about growing online, building influence, and turning attention into paying clients.

This is a performance-based role. Your income is directly tied to the clients you bring in and the results you produce.

You’ll be responsible for posting consistent content, building engagement, growing followers, and converting attention into revenue. If you’re disciplined, photogenic, comfortable on camera, and know how to stay consistent — this opportunity can scale fast.

This is not a clock-in, clock-out job. This is for someone who understands personal branding, consistency, and monetizing visibility.

Responsibilities

• Post daily high-quality content (photos, reels, short-form video)

• Maintain a strong, polished online presence

• Engage with followers consistently (DMs, comments, outreach)

• Generate and convert followers into paying clients

• Stay active and available throughout the week

• Track performance and client conversions

• Follow brand direction while adding your own personality

What We’re Looking For

• Strong on-camera presence and confidence

• Active on social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

• Comfortable taking quality photos and videos

• Disciplined, focused, and self-motivated

• Able to multitask and stay organized

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Available consistently throughout the week

Compensation

• Commission per client generated

• Performance bonuses for high conversions

• Opportunity to scale income based on results

There is no cap on earnings. The more you convert, the more you earn.

Pay: $4,127.71 - $4,971.00 per month
