The Role

We're looking for a sharp, highly organized Personal & Business Assistant to support the founder across both personal and business operations. This isn't a typical admin role. You'll be working directly alongside someone building an AI-powered company, which means you'll be immersed in emerging technology, fast-moving decisions, and a workflow that's constantly evolving.

The right candidate doesn't just use AI tools — they actively seek out new ones, know when to apply them, and help multiply productivity across every task they touch.

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day household operations, scheduling, and coordination
  • Assist with real estate-related tasks and property management logistics
  • Support multiple business operations including calendar management, task tracking, and administrative follow-through
  • Run personal and business errands and handle organizational tasks with minimal oversight
  • Use AI tools (Perplexity, Gemini, etc.) to research, draft communications, summarize content, and automate repetitive workflows
  • Build and maintain lightweight systems and automations to reduce friction in daily operations
  • Act as a dependable right hand — keeping priorities on track and proactively surfacing what needs attention

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • Highly proficient with AI tools — you use them daily and know how to get results from them
  • Genuinely interested in technology and enthusiastic about working in an AI-forward environment
  • Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset: you identify what needs to be done and do it before being asked
  • Clear communicator — written and verbal
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and reliable in a close working relationship
  • Comfortable managing both personal and professional tasks without friction between the two

Nice to Haves:

  • Exposure to startups, entrepreneurial environments, or tech companies
  • Interest in software, product development, or AI industry trends

Experience

No specific prior role title required. What matters: you have used AI tools extensively in real work contexts, you learn fast, and you take ownership. If you've been finding ways to do more with less using AI — tell us about it.
