Summary

As a member of the IN HOME SOLUTIONS team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. This role is designed for compassionate individuals who are looking to provide essential support and care, whether on a part-time or full-time basis.

We are currently looking for a team member in the Richland area that can travel up to 30 miles to surrounding areas. Monday 8 am to 10 am, Tuesday 8 am to 10 am and 4 pm to 7pm, Wednesday 8 am to 11 am and 4 pm to 7 pm, Thursday OFF (could be interchanged with Monday), Friday 8 am to 10 am and 4 pm to 7 pm, Saturday 4 pm to 7 pm and Sunday 6:30 am to 8 am and 4 pm to 7 pm.

Responsibilities

• Must be available to work weekends
• Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with daily living activities for clients in their homes.
• Develop individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and progress, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Assist clients with mobility, medication management, and other health-related tasks as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities offered by the organization.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others.
• Ability to work independently while also being part of a supportive team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying client needs and schedules.
• Basic understanding of healthcare practices and regulations is beneficial.
