Personal Care Caregiver

FirstLight Home Care of Goodyear is looking for compassionate and dependable Caregivers to join our growing team. Our caregivers provide non-medical support that helps seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care such as bathing, grooming, and hygiene
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders
• Run errands and assist with transportation to appointments
• Follow client care plans and document services provided

Qualifications:

• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and office staff
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background check
