Role Overview

America’s Outdoor Adventure Park is seeking a Social Media Pre‑Booking Specialist to convert social media engagement into confirmed bookings. This is a sales‑driven customer service role focused on managing Facebook and Instagram inquiries, building urgency, and guiding prospective guests from first message to paid reservation.

You will be the frontline sales contact for guests engaging with our brand on social media—answering questions, qualifying leads, promoting packages and upgrades, and closing bookings through our custom booking engine.

This role is critical to driving resort revenue and ensuring guests feel confident and excited before arrival.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Sales & Lead Conversion

  • Manage the daily influx of Facebook and Instagram DMs and comments
  • Move leads from inquiry to confirmed booking through proactive, persuasive communication
  • Create urgency by highlighting availability, limited inventory, promotions, and add‑on experiences
  • Guide guests through planning their stay and selecting the best package for their needs

CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Own the GoHighLevel (GHL) Conversations tab—all messages and comments must be cleared daily
  • Ensure every lead is entered into the GHL pipeline with accurate status and follow‑up
  • Maintain consistent communication until booking is finalized or lead is disqualified

Booking Execution & Tracking

  • Walk guests step‑by‑step through our custom booking engine to secure dates
  • Upsell upgrades and add‑ons when appropriate
  • Meticulously document all completed bookings for Finance verification and performance bonus tracking

Internal Communication

  • Communicate clearly with leadership and team members via Slack
  • Participate in required weekly manager calls

Candidate Profile & Skills

Required:

  • GoHighLevel proficiency (CRM, Pipelines, Conversations)
  • Sales‑oriented mindset—comfortable closing bookings, not just answering questions
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented; able to manage a high volume of chats without losing leads
  • Strong written communication skills with a friendly, confident, persuasive tone
  • Self‑motivated and reliable in a remote work environment

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Hospitality, resort, concierge, or travel experience
  • Sales or revenue‑support background
  • Experience with booking engines or guest management systems
  • Prior remote work experience

Software Stack

  • GoHighLevel (CRM)
  • Slack (internal communication)
