The Path to Aliveness is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Personal Development Program Mentor (remote) to oversee our programs aimed at supporting individuals with personal / professional growth and education through our seminars and classes. We are a global leader with 17+ years of success with our programs, now entering an exciting phase of accelerated growth and expansion. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in program coordination and communication - as well as business management. This role requires excellent relationship management skills, administrative experience, high motivation, consistency and a passion for making a positive impact with the clients you support.

Duties

• Authentically promote award-winning personal enrichment programs to individuals globally.
• Connect with interested individuals and apply a simple, effective and engaging 3-step marketing system
• Communicate the value of these transformative resources and programs that assist individuals in reaching their goals.
• Build relationships with clients, helping them align their personal growth goals with industry-leading solutions.
• Work autonomously but with support and training always available to assist your success.
• Maintain effective communication and support with team members you are coordinating with.
• Facilitate an orientation with new team members
• Engage in weekly global online training over zoom

Skills

• Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
• Express an understanding and appreciation for the value of our of personal growth and ongoing development programs.
• Proficient in relationship management to build strong connections with clients
• Proven program management skills with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for participants.
• Supervisory experience that demonstrates an ability to mentor and guide team members.
• Background in social work, mentoring, education, human resources, marketing or coaching that will enhance one's understanding of client needs and empowering listening skills.
