Personal Driver

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly professional and reliable Personal Driver to provide secure and efficient transportation for our Chief Operating Officer (COO). The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional driving skills, maintain the highest level of discretion, and ensure punctuality and comfort in all transportation arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executive Transportation: Safely transport the COO to and from meetings, appointments, and other events as required. Ensure a smooth and comfortable journey while adhering to tight schedules.
• Vehicle Management: Maintain the COO’s vehicle(s) in top condition, including regular cleaning, servicing, and timely repairs. Ensure the vehicle is always well-stocked with necessary supplies and amenities.
• Route Planning and Navigation: Plan and follow the most efficient routes to avoid traffic delays and ensure timely arrivals. Stay updated on real-time traffic conditions and alternative routes.
• Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding the COO’s personal and professional matters, including any sensitive information or conversations.
• Safety and Security: Prioritize the safety and security of the COO during transportation. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies regarding safe driving practices.
• Flexibility and Availability: Accommodate a flexible schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends, based on the COO’s needs and schedule.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with the COO and relevant staff to coordinate transportation plans and adjust schedules as needed. Provide timely updates on arrival times and any changes in plans.
• Assist with Personal Needs: Assist with any personal errands, including shopping or picking up dry cleaning, as needed. Help with loading and unloading personal items and luggage.
• Professionalism: Exhibit a high degree of professionalism and courtesy at all times, both while driving and in interactions with the COO and other staff.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License: Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and no recent traffic violations.
• Experience: Proven experience as a personal driver or in a similar role, preferably with experience serving executives or high-profile individuals.
• Vehicle Knowledge: Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and the ability to handle various types of vehicles.
• Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours and adapt to changes in the COO’s schedule.
• Its Mandatory to have your own Visa as company wont provide the Visa.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
