Position Overview

As a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney, you will manage a caseload of approximately 25–30 cases from the start of litigation through trial. You will have a dedicated full-time paralegal assigned to support your work, and you will be responsible for supervising their activities.

Responsibilities

Handle a caseload of 25–30 personal injury litigation cases from filing through trial.

Supervise and collaborate with a full-time paralegal.

Conduct depositions of witnesses and experts.

Prepare and respond to written discovery.

Draft, file, and argue motions.

Represent clients in court, ensuring they receive the highest quality advocacy and support.

Qualifications

Actively licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado.

Minimum of 4+ years of litigation experience.

Strong knowledge of the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure.

Proven experience with depositions, discovery, and motions practice.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Passion for litigation and advocating for clients.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
