**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients navigate complex personal injury claims, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases. This role requires excellent legal expertise, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Represent clients in personal injury cases, from initial consultation through resolution, including trials, mediations, and settlements.

- Conduct thorough case evaluations, including reviewing medical records, accident reports, and other relevant documentation.

- Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.

- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other parties.

- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, keeping them informed throughout the legal process.

- Collaborate with paralegals, investigators, and expert witnesses to build strong cases.

- Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and relevant legal precedents.

- Maintain accurate case files and adhere to firm protocols and deadlines.

**Qualifications:**

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

- Active license to practice law in [State] and in good standing with the state bar.

- [X] years of experience in personal injury law (preferred but not required for entry-level positions).

- Proven track record of successfully handling personal injury cases, including settlements and trials.
