Personal Injury Attorney

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a caseload of serious injury cases from intake through trial or resolution
• Conduct depositions, handle motion practice, attend court appearances, and prepare for trial
• Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and legal briefs
• Communicate with clients, medical experts, opposing counsel, and the court
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to firm strategy and growth

What You Bring:

• 5–10 years of experience in plaintiff’s personal injury litigation
• Admission to practice law in New York State
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• A results-oriented, client-first approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
