Femminineo Law in Macomb County is looking for an experienced and passionate Personal Injury Attorney responsible for handling Plaintiff injury cases. The ideal candidate is loyal, accountable, organized, diligent, and can represent Femminineo Law with professionalism and integrity. Must be comfortable with direct interaction with senior partners, judges, and clients.

Credentials

• Active Member in Good Standing with State Bar of Michigan

Skills and Qualifications

• Ideally, 3 or more years of injury experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication for interacting with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies
• Analyze evidence, understand legal precedents, and assess the strengths and weaknesses of cases
• Experience working in a fast-paced legal environment
• Highly organized and analytical

Job Responsibilities

• Provide injured claimants with legal advice, guidance, and representation required to successfully obtain compensation
• Communicate with clients in person, over the phone, and via email
• Negotiate settlements to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
• Manage a high volume of cases and stay organized with case files and deadlines
• Maintain strict confidentiality of organizational and client information
