Personal Injury Attorney

Overview
We are seeking an attorney to manage our pre-suit injury cases and support our injury cases in litigation. Our firm focuses on a limited number of cases, and we want an attorney who can excel in an environment with uncompromising standards for work quality and case results.

Position Details

You will work closely with our lead injury attorney to manage a small, but growing, caseload of pre-suit personal injury matters and assist with high-value litigation—including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. A key component of this role is handling insurance bad faith issues, both in the early stages of case development and throughout litigation. You will also collaborate with our intake team to help screen new cases for merit and value. This is a long-term opportunity for an attorney who wants to grow with the firm and contribute meaningfully to complex, high-impact cases

Minimum Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in Washington in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury case work, civil litigation, and/or judicial clerkships

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury case work, civil litigation, and/or judicial clerkships
• Admitted to practice in Washington federal courts
• Experience litigating in eastern Washington courts

Pay and Benefits

• This is a full-time salaried position. The rate of pay depends on the extent you can do our work in accordance with firm standards. Bonuses are available
