Personal Injury Attorney

Our law firm is seeking a skilled and successful personal injury attorney to join our growing team and help clients find justice and compensation for their injuries. Our ideal candidate will handle case files from start to finish, have excellent credentials, a passion for helping people, and a minimum of 3 years of successful personal injury litigation and trial case experience. $120,000 to $175,000 DOE plus Bonuses

• Oversee personal injury case files from beginning to end
• Arrange suitable agreements and settle on the clients’ behalf when appropriate
• Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, supporting witnesses, and medical providers to gather information
• Document and update the status of all case files in the case management system
• Appear as legal counsel on the clients’ behalf at mediations, trials, hearings, depositions, and litigation

• 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, or civil litigation practice areas is needed
• A good understanding of personal injury law/ tort law, medical terminology, wrongful death, civil and family law, and medical malpractice is desired
• Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred
