Personal Injury Attorney

We are a plaintiff's personal injury law firm in Forest Hills with a 25-year track record and we handle construction, auto, and fall down cases. Our law firm is highly selective in accepting a small number of serious and complex cases. We provide a congenial work environment that is conducive to collaboration and learning.

We seek an experienced attorney to independently handle a small caseload from inception to trial. The duties will include: making motions, conducting paper discovery, depositions, mediations, and either taking the case to trial or learning to assist other attorneys at trial. For younger attorneys, this is an excellent mentorship and professional development opportunity.

The attorney must be admitted to the NY Bar and have at least 2 years of plaintiff's P.I. experience. The candidate must be detail-oriented and committed to their own progress.

We offer a competitive salary, medical benefits, and an annual bonus based on performance. For the right individual, there is an additional bonus for every case they resolve independently.
