What You’ll Do:

• Manage a caseload from pre-litigation through trial with dedicated staff support
• Communicate frequently and empathetically with clients
• Draft and file pleadings, discovery, motions, and demands
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
• Collaborate with experts, adjusters, and opposing counsel to move cases forward
• Uphold the highest standards of ethics and advocacy

What You Bring:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active Missouri Bar license (Illinois preferred)
• 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience
• Exceptional writing, oral advocacy, and interpersonal skills
• High drive and a team-first mindset
