Personal Injury Case Manager Assistant

At Kash Legal Group, we are dedicated to advocating for individuals injured due to negligence, ensuring they receive the compensation they deserve. Join us as an Assistant Case Manager, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our mission by facilitating communication between our firm, clients, and medical providers.

We are located near Culver City, with a direct connection to the E-Line Metro station, making our office easily accessible for public transit users.

Responsibilities:

• Support Case Managers in daily tasks.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding claim status.
• Request and follow up on medical records, police reports, and bills on behalf of clients.
• Scan and save documentation to the firm's system.
• Draft and send appropriate letters and correspondence to clients.
• Maintain regular communication with clients.
• Provide general office support and complete tasks as needed.
• Maintain accurate and updated case records in the firm's case management system.
• Open and manage claims with insurance companies, subrogation departments, MediCAL/CARE.
• Schedule medical appointments and coordinate transportation for clients.
• Prepare files for submission to demand writers.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and firm policies

Qualifications:

• Warm, outgoing, and customer service-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Attention to detail and deadline-oriented.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
