Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Our client is a renowned personal injury law firm known for being relentless advocates for the injured. With a strong focus on complex personal injury litigation, they are expanding their dynamic team and seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney.

This is an excellent opportunity for a courtroom-proven litigator who thrives on challenging cases and is passionate about fighting for justice on behalf of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a heavy litigation docket, specializing in complex personal injury cases.
• Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, and jury trials as lead counsel.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and trial briefs.
• Develop case strategies and oversee matters from intake through resolution.
• Collaborate closely with paralegals, litigation support staff, and other attorneys.

Requirements

• Licensed in Texas and in good standing with the Bar (NY or Florida licenses a strong plus).
• 3–5+ years of litigation and trial experience in personal injury law.
• Demonstrated success in complex personal injury litigation.
• Strong oral advocacy, negotiation, and trial presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• First-chair jury trial experience.
• Federal court licensure and/or appellate experience.
• Spanish language proficiency (a plus in the Texas market).
• Multi-jurisdiction litigation experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
