Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law, including but not limited to personal injury, business litigation, and entertainment law. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in legal proceedings, conducting thorough legal research, and providing sound legal advice. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients. Must have minimum of 2 years civil litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal matters.
• Conduct legal research using platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in various legal disputes.
• Provide expert advice on estate planning, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, securities law, workers' compensation law, tribal law & regulations, and patent law.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to prepare cases for trial.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of case progress.
• Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed about their cases.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of litigation processes and procedures.
• Proficiency in legal research and writing skills.
• Experience with legal drafting and documentation.
• Familiarity with various areas of law, including personal injury and business litigation.
• Excellent negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced law office environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $128,000.00 per year
