MissionNxt, LLC, in partnership with our law firm client, is seeking a skilled Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their established and growing practice in Lighthouse Point, Florida. This boutique firm represents plaintiffs in complex personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and first-party homeowner insurance claims. The team is dedicated to delivering exceptional client advocacy while fostering a collaborative and professional work culture.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, or first-party homeowner insurance litigation and will be confident managing cases from inception through resolution. This role offers a base salary plus commissions and the opportunity to work on impactful, high-value cases alongside experienced trial attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent plaintiffs in personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and first-party homeowner insurance claims.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Collaborate with partners and paralegals to develop strong case strategies.
• Submit and present writing samples demonstrating litigation and persuasive writing abilities.

Requirements:

• Active Florida Bar membership (in good standing).
• 2–3 years of experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, or first-party homeowner insurance litigation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent research, drafting, and case management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Writing samples required.
