Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Solution Now Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position available to qualified candidates residing in California.

Role:

We are looking for an attorney who is passionate about litigating personal injury matters, especially auto accident cases. The ideal candidate is confident in strategy and advocacy, and is committed to achieving the best outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Litigate personal injury cases (trial experience is a plus)
• Review demand packets and provide strategic feedback
• Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and defense counsel,
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing compassionate and effective representation

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in California
• Reside in California (remote role)
• Minimum of 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience, specifically handling auto accident cases
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office, Adobe PDF, and case management tools (Filevine is a plus)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
