Personal Lines Agent

We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Personal Lines Agent to grow our insurance business. If you’re motivated by sales, love connecting with clients, and want to build a strong book of business with a trusted organization, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Hit (and exceed) new business sales goals
• Develop quotes, deliver presentations, and close deals
• Build and retain strong client and carrier relationships
• Prospect new business through referrals, networking, and internal partnerships
• Support clients through coverage placement and claims guidance
• Maintain accurate, compliant client records
• Partner with Account Management to deliver exceptional service

What You Bring

• 5–7 years of insurance experience
• Associate’s degree or equivalent
• KS/MO P&C + Life & Health Licenses (or ability to obtain)
• CISR/CIC preferred
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and influence skills
• Valid driver’s license
