Personal Secretary

Job Overview

We are urgently hiring a Personal Secretary to support daily office operations and management activities. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in the same role and be highly organized and professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct calls, manage emails, and draft letters/reports
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Maintain filing systems and office records
  • Handle travel arrangements (flights & accommodation)
  • Greet visitors and act as primary contact point
  • Manage basic office administration tasks

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience as Personal Secretary (mandatory)
  • Diploma or Secondary School Certificate
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Male candidate (as per requirement)
  • Must be currently residing in Doha, Qatar

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month
