Job Overview
We are urgently hiring a Personal Secretary to support daily office operations and management activities. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in the same role and be highly organized and professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct calls, manage emails, and draft letters/reports
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Maintain filing systems and office records
- Handle travel arrangements (flights & accommodation)
- Greet visitors and act as primary contact point
- Manage basic office administration tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as Personal Secretary (mandatory)
- Diploma or Secondary School Certificate
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Male candidate (as per requirement)
- Must be currently residing in Doha, Qatar
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month
