Personal Secretary

Job Responsibilities:

Manage executive’s schedule, meetings, and appointments

Handle official correspondence (emails, letters, calls)

Prepare reports, presentations, and documents

Maintain confidential records and files

Arrange travel, events, and meeting logistics

Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts

Follow up on assigned tasks and deadlines

Requirements:

Master degree (preferred)

2–5 years experience as Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant

Excellent communication skills (English & Urdu)

Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Professional attitude with confidentiality and discretion

Well-organized and multitasking ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
