Our organization Human Resource Services based based at Main PWD Road Islamabad. We Requires the services of Personal Secretary to CEO (Female).

Key JD's/ Responsibilities:

• Manage & assist to CEO in and out of office meetings.
• Communication with government and private organizations/ department for Projects.
• Staff Management/ Performance management
• Misc. tasks assign by CEO.

Requirements:

• Age: 20 to 35 years
• Marital Status: Single
• Qualification: 14 or 16 years
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an office-based role
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities
• Proficient in computer use, internet browsing, and professional emailing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident and presentable personality
• Willingness to travel occasionally to other cities for business meetings

Office timings: 09:00am to 06:00pm. (Only Sunday Off)
