Job Title: Personal Secretary / Office Coordinator (Garments & E-commerce)

Location: Faisalabad (Office-Based)Salary: PKR 30,000 – 40,000 (Based on experience)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Personal Secretary to manage day-to-day operations of our garments stitching unit and online brand. The ideal candidate will handle production coordination, order management, and general office tasks to ensure smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Production & Factory Coordination:

  • Monitor daily production activities (what is being produced and upcoming production plans)
  • Coordinate with tailors and factory staff
  • Track order progress and ensure deadlines are met

E-commerce & Order Management:

  • Manage online orders from different platforms
  • Ensure proper packing and timely dispatch of orders
  • Handle customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries professionally

Office Management:

  • Organize daily office operations
  • Maintain records (orders, production, dispatch)
  • Assist in task management and follow-ups
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s preferred
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, Social Media)
  • Basic understanding of garments/production (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Good communication skills (Urdu & basic English)
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to multitask
  • Working Hours:
  • 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
