The Personality Development Trainer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering training modules that enhance communication skills, emotional intelligence, confidence, and professional etiquette among students and teachers. The role also includes developing a structured personality development curriculum aligned with the school’s holistic growth vision.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Delivery
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for students (Grades 6–12) and teachers on topics such as:
- Self-awareness and confidence building
- Communication and presentation skills
- Emotional intelligence and empathy
- Teamwork, leadership, and motivation
- Time management and goal setting
- Conflict resolution and stress management
- Professional etiquette and grooming
- Customize training methodologies based on audience maturity (students vs. teachers).
- Use multimedia tools, role plays, real-life scenarios, and experiential learning techniques.
2. Curriculum & Program Planning
- Design and implement an annual Personality Development Curriculum integrated into the school timetable.
- Develop lesson plans, activity schedules, and assessment rubrics.
- Align modules with 21st-century skill frameworks (communication, collaboration, critical thinking, creativity).
- Collaborate with academic coordinators and counselors to integrate life skills into academics.
3. Teacher Development
- Conduct workshops for teachers on classroom communication, positive discipline, leadership, and student engagement.
- Guide teachers on embedding soft skills and value education into daily teaching practices.
- Support teachers in self-improvement through reflection and personality assessments.
4. Assessment & Reporting
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, observation, and behavioral change assessments.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports.
- Prepare monthly/term-end reports on program outcomes and future recommendations.
5. Collaboration & Events
- Coordinate with the HR and Academic teams to schedule training sessions.
- Organize personality development weeks, motivational talks, and leadership camps.
- Invite external experts or motivational speakers when required

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Psychology / Education / English / HR / Behavioral Science or related field.
- Certification in Soft Skills / Life Skills / Personality Development preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in training students and/or teachers.
- Experience in curriculum planning and implementation will be an added advantage
Work Schedule:
- Full-time (Monday to Saturday)
- Conducts regular sessions and periodic workshops as per school calendar.
