Personnel Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:


  • Conducting onboarding and offboarding meetings
  • Coordinating contract signings
  • Managing employee files and documentation
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in enforcing HR policies and disciplinary procedures.
  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.


Job Specifications:


  • University graduate, preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Law
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Personnel Affairs
  • English proficiency: Medium level (both spoken and written)
