Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and responsible Pest Control Technician to join our team. The technician will be responsible for inspecting customer premises, identifying pest issues, and applying appropriate pest control treatments to eliminate and prevent infestations. The ideal candidate should have good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections to identify pest problems and determine appropriate treatment methods.
• Apply chemical and non-chemical pest control solutions to residential, commercial, or industrial sites.
• Handle and mix pesticides in accordance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain and operate pest control equipment properly and safely.
• Educate clients on pest prevention measures and post-treatment care.
• Complete detailed service reports, treatment logs, and customer feedback forms.
• Monitor treatment results and conduct follow-up visits as needed.
• Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in pest control is preferred (training may be provided).
• Knowledge of pest biology, control techniques, and safe chemical handling.
• Valid pest control license/certification (as required by local regulations).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in various environments (including confined spaces, rooftops, etc.).

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic record-keeping and reporting skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required.

Work Conditions:

• Field-based role with daily travel to customer sites.
• Exposure to chemicals, pests, and varying weather conditions.
• Use of protective clothing and safety gear is required.
