About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Pest Control Technician to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing pest control treatments at customer sites in a safe, professional, and efficient manner, following company standards and safety procedures. Your work will play a key role in ensuring a clean and healthy environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect targeted areas to identify pest infestation and determine the appropriate treatment plan.
• Execute pest control operations using approved chemicals, tools, and methods in compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Follow all occupational health and safety guidelines during pesticide application.
• Educate customers on preventive hygiene and maintenance practices to avoid future infestations.
• Monitor and record treatment results, ensuring complete pest elimination.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with the field team to complete assigned tasks according to schedule.
• Represent the company professionally and ensure excellent customer service at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma or technical certificate in pest control or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in pest control or facility maintenance.
• Good knowledge of pest control chemicals and their safe application.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in various site conditions and adapt to a flexible schedule.
