WyPaw (www.wypaw.com) is seeking independent Pet Caregivers and Dog Walkers throughout the country. You choose your own availability and service area; we connect you with local pet parents who need specialized care for their furry family members.

Who This Is For

You will excel in this role if you are:

• Reliable and Punctual: Showing up for scheduled visits is non-negotiable.
• Expert with All Ages: Calm and confident with high-energy puppies and sensitive senior dogs.
• A Great Communicator: Proactive about sending photo updates and notes to pet parents.
• Safety-Conscious: Comfortable entering client homes and prioritizing home security.

What You’ll Do You can choose the services you want to offer, including:

• Dog Walking: 30/60-minute private walks in your local neighborhood.
• Pet Sitting & Drop-ins: Feeding, play, and potty breaks (1–3x daily).
• Overnight Boarding: Caring for pets in your own home or the client's home.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Follow precise care instructions (feeding, medication, exercise).
• Provide enrichment and companionship tailored to the pet’s age and temperament.
• Ensure the safety of the pet at all times during walks and play.
• Send professional updates and photos to owners via the WyPaw app after every session.

Required Qualifications

• Age: Older than 18.
• Experience: Proven experience in animal care (professional experience is a plus, but dedicated pet ownership counts!).
• Tech-Savvy: Must have a smartphone with a reliable data plan for app-based updates.
• Background: Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Physicality: Capable of walking dogs of various sizes and being on your feet for extended periods.
