Job Description

QatarEnergy is seeking a highly skilled Petroleum Engineer to support oil and gas exploration and production activities. In this role, you will analyze reservoir performance, optimize production processes, and contribute to maximizing resource recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze reservoir data and production performance
• Design and implement oil and gas extraction methods
• Monitor well performance and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with drilling and operations teams
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Prepare technical reports and production forecasts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field
• Experience in oil and gas industry preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of reservoir simulation and drilling operations
• Ability to work in field and office environments

Work Hours

• Monday – Friday: typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional field assignments and extended hours

Compensation & Hourly Pay (Qatar)

Estimated Monthly Salary: QAR 20,000 – QAR 35,000
Estimated Hourly Pay: QAR 115 – QAR 200/hour

Salary varies depending on experience and technical expertise.
