What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and coordinating all operational areas outside of production, including purchasing, production planning, and logistics
• Coordinating purchasing activities with the Central Purchasing Department
• Supporting Central Purchasing in supplier development and evaluation processes
• Managing and coordinating indirect purchasing activities, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance
• Coordinating shipments and logistics operations with Central teams, ensuring timely deliveries and customer satisfaction
• Overseeing the coordination of sales orders with production and purchasing planning operations
• Ensuring smooth material flow across the supply chain to support production and customer requirements
• Monitoring and improving supply chain KPIs (delivery performance, cost efficiency, stock levels, etc.)
• Implementing best practices in supply chain management, leveraging Lean principles where applicable
• Managing relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders
• Ensuring all supply chain processes are fully compliant with Free Zone regulations and incentive frameworks
• Preparing reports and analyses for senior management and providing insights for strategic decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferable
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in a similar supply chain leadership role
• Strong knowledge of purchasing, production planning, and logistics processes
• Hands-on experience in indirect purchasing management and supplier development
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional operations and working with global teams
• Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with Free Zone regulations and incentives,
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative mindset,
• Experience in new factory establishment and greenfield supply chain operations is a strong plus
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
• Residency in İzmir or willingness to relocate
