General Description of Profile-

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced teacher to teach Business Studies at the Senior Secondary level (grades 11 and 12). The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of the subjects, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to explain complex financial and business concepts in a simplified manner. This role involves teaching, mentoring, and guiding students to perform at their best, preparing them for board examinations, and helping them understand the real-world applications of accountancy and business concepts.

Activity list and Key Responsibilities :-

• Classroom Instruction:
• Teach Business Studies to Senior Secondary students (Class 11 and 12) as per the CBSE curriculum.
• Develop comprehensive lesson plans that cater to the needs of all students, ensuring an engaging and interactive learning environment.
• Use innovative teaching techniques such as case studies, role-playing, simulations, and real-world examples to explain business concepts.
• Prepare students for the board exams by providing necessary practice, strategies, and tips.
• Assessment and Feedback:
• Design and conduct periodic assessments, assignments, and tests to monitor student progress.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to students, helping them improve their knowledge and performance.
• Identify students who require additional support and organize remedial sessions to help them grasp challenging topics.
• Curriculum Planning and Implementation:
• Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans for Business Studies, in line with CBSE guidelines.
• Continuously update teaching materials to reflect the latest developments in accounting standards, business laws, and market trends.
• Integrate modern teaching tools and technology to enhance the learning experience for students.
• Student Mentoring and Support:
• Provide academic counseling and career guidance related to the subjects of Business Studies.
• Encourage students to participate in real-world business simulations, competitions, and projects to deepen their understanding of business principles.
• Foster a supportive environment where students feel motivated to excel and explore careers in commerce and business fields.
• Classroom Management:
• Maintain a well-organized and disciplined classroom environment.
• Encourage a positive, respectful, and interactive classroom atmosphere that supports learning and student engagement.

Qualifications:-

• Master's degree in Commerce (M.com) or related field (with Business Studies specialization).
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.

Experience:-

• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Business Studies at the Senior Secondary level, preferably with the CBSE curriculum.
• In-depth knowledge of the Business Studies syllabus for Class 11 and 12.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simplified manner.
