Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Chemistry to join our esteemed institution in Mysore. The candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective teaching skills, and a genuine passion for educating higher secondary students in line with the Karnataka State Board curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Chemistry for Grades 11 and 12 (PUC level) following the Karnataka State Board syllabus.
• Prepare lesson plans, lab activities, and academic assessments.
• Conduct practical sessions in the chemistry lab and ensure safety protocols.
• Track student progress and provide academic support as needed.
• Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment.
• Participate in school meetings, events, and parent-teacher interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

• M.Sc in Chemistry (mandatory)
• B.Ed (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the PUC/Higher Secondary level preferred
• Strong command over subject matter and classroom management
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Kannada is an advantage
