A Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in English teaches senior secondary students (grades 11-12) and is responsible for developing and delivering lessons in English language and literature, assessing student progress through assignments and exams, and preparing them for board examinations. Key duties include creating engaging lesson plans, fostering critical thinking, providing individualized support, and maintaining a positive classroom environment
