Job Title: PGT Teacher (Post Graduate Teacher)

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and committed PGT Teacher to teach Senior Secondary classes (Grades XI & XII). The candidate should have strong subject expertise, effective teaching skills, and the ability to prepare students for board examinations and higher education.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach the assigned subject to Classes XI & XII
• Plan and deliver well-structured and engaging lessons
• Prepare students for board exams, competitive exams, and assessments
• Design and evaluate tests, assignments, and projects
• Use innovative teaching methods and digital tools
• Maintain student academic records and progress reports
• Participate in curriculum development and academic planning
• Attend parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, and training sessions
• Contribute to school activities, events, and mentoring programs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject (M.A./M.Sc./M.Com, etc.)
• B.Ed. (mandatory as per norms)
• Strong subject knowledge and communication skills
• Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum
• Ability to mentor and motivate senior secondary students
• Proficiency in ICT and smart classroom tools

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience as a PGT
• Experience teaching Classes XI & XII preferred
• Freshers with strong academic background may apply (school-dependent)

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience in CBSE board exam evaluation
• Knowledge of NEP 2020 guidelines
• Exposure to competitive exam coaching (JEE/NEET/Foundation)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
