We are looking for an "Pharmaceutical Development Manager" to join our R&D Center located in Esenyurt.



Job Description


• Strategically plan, execute, and manage pharmaceutical product development processes and technology transfers.

• Lead project teams, manage resources, and ensure effective time management,

• Contribute to R&D strategies through new product and process development activities,

• Manage documentation and validation processes in compliance with regulatory guidelines (EMA, FDA, etc.),

• Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Licensing departments,

• Demonstrate leadership that fosters team development, motivation, and collaboration.


Qualifications


• Bachelor’s, Master’s and/or Doctorate degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related fields,

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical development within pharmaceutical companies,

• Preferably managerial experience in pharmaceutical development or a closely related area,

• Strong knowledge of current publications, guidelines, and global regulatory processes,

• Excellent command of written and spoken English,

• Preferably experienced in working with multicultural teams,

• Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and well-developed leadership competencies.
