Pharmaceutical R&D Assistant Specialist

What is the Summary of This Position?


In this role, you will be responsible for new generic drug will report to the Pharmaceutical R&D Team Leader.


Which Profile Are We Looking For?


  • University degree from related fields (preferably Pharmacy, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering),
  • Preferably having a master's degree,
  • Preferably 1 year of experience in R&D/Quality Control departments,
  • Having knowledge about GMP, GLP, and Occupational Safety,
  • Proficiency in English,
  • Willing to live in Düzce (for future career plans open to global opportunities).


What You'll Be Doing?



  • Carrying out formulation and analytical method development studies for generic new product development projects,
  • Acting coordinately with team manager for ensuring completion of the project on the time and delivering them to the Regulatory department,
  • Conducting literature and international guideline research and also patent evaluations for ensuring project outputs confirm with international guidelines,
  • Preparing and presenting scientific reports and articles,
  • Planning and carrying out technology transfer for finished product and raw material analysis methods to production and quality control departments,
  • Carrying out necessary documentation, planning, and design work for projects,
  • Participating in internal and external training activities and attending as a trainer when necessary.
