Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers through engaging product demonstrations and detailed technical explanations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and other medical professionals to expand market presence.
  • Conduct B2B sales activities by identifying new business opportunities and negotiating contracts that benefit both clients and the company.
  • Provide comprehensive product information, including benefits, usage guidelines, and safety data, ensuring clients are well-informed for optimal patient care.
  • Manage accounts effectively by tracking sales activities, analyzing market trends, and developing strategic plans to meet sales targets.
  • Deliver compelling presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and other tools to educate clients on product features and advantages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on customer service issues, technical support, and feedback to improve product offerings and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales with a strong understanding of healthcare products and services.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability in outside sales environments with a focus on B2B interactions and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for reporting and presentations.
  • Strong analysis skills to interpret market data, sales trends, and customer feedback for strategic planning.
  • Ability to deliver engaging product demos while addressing technical questions confidently.
