Welcare Hospital, a leading multi-specialty hospital in Kochi, is seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our compassionate and professional healthcare team. We are looking for a dedicated individual to ensure the safe and effective use of medications for all our patients.

The Role:

As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, from dispensing medications to providing drug information to medical staff and patients. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the highest standards of pharmaceutical care within the hospital.

Responsibilities include:

• Accurately dispensing and compounding medications.
• Reviewing patient prescriptions to ensure proper dosage, administration, and to check for potential drug interactions or contraindications.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medication records.
• Providing medication counseling to patients and their families.
• Collaborating with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient therapy.
• Managing pharmacy inventory and ensuring compliance with all local and national pharmacy regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
