Pharmacist

We are a well-established multi-specialty medical center committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services to our community. We are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently as per prescriptions
• Provide patient counseling on medication use, dosage, and safety
• Review prescriptions for accuracy, completeness, and potential drug interactions
• Maintain proper stock levels and manage inventory
• Ensure compliance with DOH regulations
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain updated patient medication profiles and documentation
• Ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceuticals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
• Valid DOH Pharmacist License or eligibility
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a clinical or retail pharmacy setting
• Strong knowledge of drug interactions, dosing, and pharmaceutical guidelines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work responsibly, ethically, and independently
