Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Pharmacy Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our pharmacy. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, full compliance with UAE health regulations, and exceptional customer service.
In addition, the candidate must have experience in digital marketing to support the pharmacy’s online presence, promotions, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily pharmacy operations efficiently.
• Supervise staff, scheduling, workflow, and customer service standards.
• Ensure accurate dispensing, proper storage, and inventory management.
• Maintain compliance with UAE pharmacy laws and DOHregulations.
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and operational requirements.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Oversee procurement, stock levels, and vendor coordination.
• Implement digital marketing strategies (social media, promotions, online ads).
• Support online customer engagement and pharmacy brand visibility.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; valid DOH license or eligibility.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a pharmacy leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE pharmacy regulations.
• Experience in digital marketing (social media management, promotions, campaigns).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage teams, workflows, and operational targets.
